We are thrilled to share that we have Baillie from Bliss Yoga Kinesiology now joining us every Wednesday at Greensmith Grocers, Birtinya! Baillie is a skilled and passionate Qualified Kinesiologist and Yoga & Meditation teacher.

In November 2022, we hosted our first retreat in the beautiful Noosa region where we enjoyed four nights of relaxation and nourishing, wholesome foods.

We are excited to share that we will be hosting the Nourish Retreat again in February 2023 and can’t wait to see who will be joining us for this immersive experience.

We are grateful to have the talented Vicki Murray now offering sessions in our new consult room at Greensmith Grocers. Vicki is Australia’s first certified Grand Medicine Sclerologist, and the ONLY qualified GM teacher of this science in the whole country.

We recently held our Greensmith Grocers Christmas Market Night at our Birtinya shop as a way of connecting our amazing customers with local brands and farmers, and sharing our love of good organic food.

Heather has over 40 years experience in the health and beauty industry.   She owned a health store and clinic in NZ, in the Clinic Heather did consultations, hair testing and organic facials.
