What is Iridology?

Iridology is the study of the iris which indicates your genetic “blueprint”, including the level of constitutional strength and inherent weaknesses along with the changes that occur in the organs and tissues throughout life. Health issues can be identified, as well as your genetic predispositions and how to avoid future problems.

What is Sclerology?

Sclerology is much advanced extension of Iridology, and is the science and art of observing the markings and colourings in the whites of the eyes as signs of compromised health.

The Sclera (the white of the eyes) shows disease, where it is, and the level of severity. It indicated what is happening right now in your body, and can be used as an invaluable benchmark for future evaluation, as the sclera lines change quickly along with changes in your health.

Many countries have a long tradition of using Sclerology to evaluate health, including ancient Chinese text estimated to be 3000 years old. The Native Americans  also have a long history of sclera use.

Sclerology is based on studying the red lines and other markings and colourings in the white of the eyes, that actually correspond to real conditions within the body. Their size, shape and various other aspects of configuration and shading describe health qualities.

Sclerology is therefore a means of looking into a person’s eyes to see what is happening with his/her health – to get a sense of what is most important. It shows exactly where the highest stress and congestion are coming from, how much of the stress is emotional, how much is physical and how much both combined. As most of the world’s population has brown eyes, this can present interpretation problems for iridologists. This never is the case with sclerology, no matter how dark the eyes are.
