Lamb Rissoles with Chilli Coconut Sauce
Enjoy this healthy low-carb dinner idea! Perfect for summer barbecues.
500g beef or lamb mince
2 tsp spices (we used Malouf's
Baharat Turkish Spice Blend)
Pomegranate molasses @chefschoiceau
1 brown onion finely chopped
Small bunch parsley
Small bunch coriander root and leaf
Roll ingredients together to make small rissoles, and barbecue until golden.
Chilli Coconut Dipping Sauce
1/2 can of coconut cream
2 cloves of garlic
1 inch fresh ginger
1 large bunch of coriander (roots and all!)
A big splash of tamari and fish sauce (we used the delicious Coconut Amino Fysh Sauce from @spiralfoods)
1 fresh chilli
Just wack it all in a blender!
Handful of green beans, topped and tailed
1 chopped tomato
1 cos lettuce
Blanch beans in hot water and drain. Stir through tomato and chilli coconut dipping sauce.
Place salad and rissoles on large lettuce cups, drizzle with dipping sauce and olive oil, and enjoy like low-carb wraps!
